My ears produce a lot of wax, and while reviewing some wax removing alternatives, I realized the cotton swabs were likely contributing to itchy ears by leaving fibers behind. No fibers to leave behind here. Also the process reaches any itches you might need to scratch. I picked one out of the set for myself and one for my husband. I do my own ears and his because he doesn't like to deal with it, but I think it's a lot more efficient than smearing the goobers around with cotton.
